I think they should get rid of those tana rickshaws now.

There's been talk for years of phasing them out but somehow they still ply the roads of Calcutta. Here's an article:

Well, see that's the problem. I don't understand why they cannot introduce cycle rickshaws in that city. And I wonder what all the NGOs are doing. Perhaps they have no say in a communist state - which is a shame.
